About Able Path

Our Mission

Able Path Autism Coaching exists to equip families, churches, and schools with practical, non-clinical guidance so autistic individuals can be supported with understanding, dignity, and confidence in everyday life.

Able Path Autism Coaching is led by Mrs. Alisha Guzman, a Certified Autism Specialist with a Master of Education in Special Education, and over 13 years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. She currently serves as a school principal and Special Education director, bringing both leadership and practical expertise to her work.

In addition to her professional background, Mrs. Guzman is a pastor’s wife and the mother of five children, two of whom are on the autism spectrum. This personal experience informs her work with deep understanding, empathy, and practical insight.

Her combined experience in education, church leadership, and family life uniquely equips her to support families, churches, and schools seeking thoughtful, respectful, and effective autism support in everyday settings.

Our work focuses on:

  • Supporting parents through everyday challenges

  • Coaching autistic teens and adults toward independence and confidence

  • Equipping churches and schools to better support autistic individuals and their families

Able Path Autism Coaching does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical services. Instead, we work alongside families and communities to provide education, guidance, and practical tools for everyday life.
